Magnifi Financial Provide Essential Winter Gear to Local Children and Families

Magnifi Financial’s latest 3 Essentials donation arrived at the perfect moment, right when local families needed it most.

Magnifi Financial’s recent 3 Essentials donation to the Paynesville Area Community Center arrived at a critical time. As cold weather set in and the requests for warm winter gear began to pour in, local families received comfort, protection, and peace of mind.

The Paynesville Area Community Center had been urgently seeking warm winter gear for children. Coats, snow pants, hats, mittens, and sweatshirts were in short supply, and the demand was rising fast.

“The support came at just the right time,” shared Allison Janssen, director of the Paynesville Area Community Center. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to Magnifi Financial, noting the profound impact the donation had on the families they serve.

Last winter alone, the Paynesville Area Community Center provided essential cold-weather gear to over 60 children from elementary through high school. They also helped adults and outdoor workers with winter gear, including jackets, bibs, jeans, shirts, and socks. Every dollar was stretched to support as many people as possible.

This year, the need is already growing. Families have begun reaching out, and the Community Center aims to restock 40 jackets, 20 pairs of snow pants, and as many additional hats, mittens, and other essentials as possible. Their mission is simple: to keep our community warm and safe through Minnesota's coldest months.
