Stearns County Phishing Scam:

 ⚠️ We are aware of emails and mailed letters appearing to come from Stearns County that reference Magnifi as a lender and mention mortgages, planning, or permit fees.

These communications are not from Magnifi and are known scams. Please do not respond or share personal information. 

Protect Yourself:

• We always encourage members to take extra caution when it comes to protecting their identity. DO NOT give out your personal or account information to anyone if you feel unsure of the communication.
• If you are suspicious, call Magnifi directly at (888) 330-8482.
• Avoid clicking on text and email links requesting personal or account information.
• Verify phone numbers and links provided in mail, emails or texts.
• Magnifi will NEVER contact you by phone, email, or social media to solicit confidential, personal, and/or account information. This includes Digital Banking credentials, personal identification numbers, one-time passwords, secure access codes, or debit or credit card information (expiration date or CVV number).
